Fluorescent / Neon Epoxy Pigments

Pigment Paste is the colour that is to be added to the resin and hardener mixture. Only about a few drops or 3-5% of pigment paste is required to get the colour through. This pigment paste cannot be used as regular paste as it will not dry. It needs to be mixed with resin and hardener.
