At Lacquer, we strive to provide our customers with a positive and satisfying shopping experience. Please review the following store policies to ensure a smooth transaction.

  1. Order Confirmation: Please note that orders are only confirmed after payment is made

  2. Payment: We accept UPI and Bank Transfer

  3. Returns: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges

  4. Cancellations: In an effort to get your order to you as soon as possible, cancellations and refunds are not possible as we aim to ship orders within 24-48 hours of creation

  5. Shipping: Shipping fees will apply and are estimated based on geographical location and overall parcel weight

  6. Damaged items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can process a replacement or refund. We need a box opening video for claims 

  7. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties.

  8. Customer service: We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • We do not provide the option to refund or exchange the product. We request customers check their cart thoroughly before placing an order

  • Once the order has been placed and paid for, we do not entertain cancellations

  • To ensure that you receive high-quality products, our team carefully checks each item before it is shipped. However, if you discover a defect or are missing items from your order, please let us know by sending us a video of the box opening. This will allow us to verify your claim and process a replacement or refund if necessary. Please note that we can only accept claims for damaged or missing items if there is a video of the box opening. Claims made after the box has been opened will not be considered

  • In case an item has been marked as delivered and you have not received the parcel, please let us know within 24 hours and we can register a claim with our shipping partner
